Once the group has gathered in Maspalomas, we will set off towards the Barranco de los Lomos de Pedro Alfonso, from where you can enjoy spectacular views of the Aguineguín ravine, until we reach the Chira dam.
Built between 1941 and 1944 and finally completed in 1965, the dam today represents one of the most significant and impressive civil engineering works in the Canary Islands. Its landscape is unique, characterized by a fascinating natural environment within the Gran Canaria Biosphere Reserve, in an area with a climate typical of the southern medianías of the island.
The tour continues towards the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, until reaching Tunte, its capital, where we will visit the historic center and its church.
We will then continue along the evocative Mille Palme ravine, passing through the picturesque village of Fataga, one of the most charming villages on the island.
The last stop will be the Mirador de Las Moscas, from where you can take splendid photographs of the valley below and admire the Maspalomas Dunes in the distance.
At the end of the visit, return to the hotel and conclusion of the excursion.
